Family Ministries

WELCOME to PWPC Family Ministry!

 

We welcome and encourage children of all ages into the life of our church. We believe that children are created by God and are a special gift from God.  They are a very important part of our church family and we value their unique contributions.

 

The Youth and Children's ministry here at Palms West Presbyterian Church desires to provide opportunities for kids and students to go deeper in their relationship with God as well as their relationships with others.

 

We pray that your family worships with us again and again. 

 
Children's Ministry 

Sundays:


Nursery provided for newborn to 4 years at all three services (9:30am, 11am)


Sunday School is offered  at the 11 am services for students, pre-kindergarten to 5th Grade. Students are dismissed from worship following the children's sermon. Sunday School meets in the fellowship hall where kids sing, play games and participate in interactive bible lessons.


Special Events: 

  • Easter Celebration:  Easter Egg Hunt, crafts and games for the whole family.
  • Vacation Bible School: Pre-K to 6th Grade
  • Trunk-or-Treat: Includes carnival games, crafts, food and much more.
  • Advent and Christmas: Special family activities throughout the holiday season.
  • Annual Youth Talent Show & Dinner   ...and lots more!

 

It is our desire that every student, adult, and parent that is a part of PWPC Youth has an upward and growing relationship with Jesus Christ. 


We believe that being a follower of Jesus was meant to be done in a community of other believers.Youth Group is the place where students can be encouraged and challenged to grow in their faith.


We meet Sundays 3:30-5pm in the Fellowship Hall. We also plan awesome events throughout the year such as camps, concerts, theme park days, movie nights, bowling, talent show, and more!
